My name is Ashley. Here's a small part of my story, which has truly inspired the birth of this program:
Growing up a ballerina, I've always been incredibly hard working, and hyper aware of my body. Fifteen years of training later, this led to disordered eating patterns, complete disconnect from my body and its cues, and regularly working myself to the point of exhaustion, overwhelm, and defeat.
Feeling disembodied was normal. I treated my body like a machine that was not mine. I fed it whatever I thought would make it look the way I wanted, completely disconnected from myself, and pushed myself harder and harder to reach peak performance in all areas of life.
Debilitating anxiety, depression, and disordered eating patterns were a part of my everyday life. I swept them under the rug for nearly a decade, welcoming them as part of doing what it took to reach my goals.
For so long I did not share my story. I didn't let anyone in. I've spent the last few years coming back home to myself, slowly but surely.
I now feel at home in my own skin.

Who is this program ideal for?
This program is geared towards the woman who feels completely out of tune with her body, is over-worked, chronically stressed, not caring for and nurturing herself, is unsure of her heart's truest desires and how she'd even get there if she knew. This program aims to bring the core pillars of mindfulness, nourishment, movement, alignment and rest back into everyday life.
What night of the week are the live group sessions?
Our once weekly live group sessions will be held Tuesday nights at 7pm EST.
How do I schedule my 1:1 appointments?
Upon purchase of your membership to the program, you'll receive further instructions on how to book a time for your 1:1 appointment.
How many people will be in the program at once?
The program will be capped at 12 women to keep the group small and intimate.
Can I get a refund if I'm unhappy with my purchase?
Membership in this program is nonrefundable. Typically upon making an investment in oneself, doubt and regret start to creep in. I've been there. The magic happens when you move past that feeling, and fully dive in to the commitment you've made.
