So many people think they've learned all there is to know - the current nutritional fad, all the wellness hacks, the "best workout", the long self-care list that will FINALLY help them arrive to a place of peace within their body.
However, there is a lot more to unlearn than there is to learn on the path to body trust. The noise is a bit unbearable at times. No one else knows what it's like to be you living in your body.
This program allows you the time and space to explore your current relationship with your body & food, where it might be rooted from, and then discovering and listening to what YOUR body is asking for.
Most likely if you've made your way here, you've struggled with this intricate relationship at some point in your life. This program is for you.
You'll dive deep individually as well as in community and will find that nothing is wrong with you, your body does not need to be fixed and that you are not alone in your struggles.
